Large open plan dining / living area opens up to a massive balcony with uninterrupted views of the Pyrmont Bay and Pirrama park. You will enjoy watching the rowers, cruise ships and private yachts sail past at any moment of the day!

Linens, cooking utensils, Wi-Fi, and all bills are included in the rent. A cleaner comes in once a fortnight and the fee is included in the rent! TV, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances and utensils are included. The apartment block has its own gym, sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, bike room, court yard and tennis court. There is 24-hour security.

3min to the Light Rail. 5min to the famous Sydney Fish Market, STAR Casino, Coles, IGA, Ferry, Restaurants, Bars, and Pubs. 10min to Darling Harbour, CBD, Convention Center. Direct bus at the door step to the City and Bondi Beach.

My boyfriend and I are professional working couples and work full time. Therefore, when we are home, we prefer to have quiet nights and enjoy a glass or two on our lovely balcony overlooking the water and yachts sailed by. We would like to have a flatmate who can make the apartment a home and a great place to relax. We respect each other's space and keep a very clean apartment.
