We are currently looking for someone to take this couple bedroom in this beautiful house.

The bedroom comes with queen size mattress and wardrobe,table and your own en-suite.

We are looking for someone tidy and clean that is respectful and at same time enjoy a bbq or a beers at weekend.

All the bills are included in the price, that will be an additional fee in case we decide to have a cleaner.

We have unlimited internet,Apple TV and a big backyard, laundry room and your bathroom were just renovated with marble finish table. Brand new!!!

Transportation is very convenient. bus stop outside the door. About 4 mins bus to Macquarie Uni. Waking within 5mins to Eastwood station

2 weeks bond and 2 weeks advance are required to get the room.

All welcome. Room is only for one person, so no couple.
