Linking Investment Group is seeking to employ an Property Manager with experience to join our professional and dynamic team.

The successful applicant should possess and be:
- Self-motivated and Enthusiastic
- Reliable, diligent and willing to learn
- Ability to work in a team and also independently
- Frequent in English and Chinese are essential

Key Duties and Essential Functions:
- Maintain regular, close contact with our clients
- Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend tribunal hearings when required
- Responsible for maintaining good relationship with landlords and tenants
- Follow up landlords' and tenants''requirements on time

*Successful applicants must have drive licence and car, and willing to work in a long term (minimum 1 year contact) is essential.
