Answering incoming phone calls including taking customer phone orders.
Providing high quality customer service
Advising customers on product availability and information.
Assisting the team with administration tasks.
Managing and resolving customer complaints and identify and escalate as required.
Supporting sales managers to meet targets.

What we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively.
Strong motivators and competitive spirit.
Intermediate to advanced MS office skills.
Mandarin speaking essential.
