工作介绍

Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibility：

• Daily banking and reconciliations 

• Process full function accounting payable and make report

• Data entry in System, monthly reconciliation, reports and annual auditing

• Preparing accounts receivable for each project and checking tax invoices prepared in MYOB 

• Partially in charge of finance function in sales system 

• Accounting records filing 

• Bookkeeping refund transactions

• Admin duties as required 

Qualification：

• 1 years post graduate experience 

• Experience with MYOB AccountRight Live and REST Property Management System

• Intermediate MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Lookup, Sumif ,Match 

• Can do attitude

• Ability to multitask 

• Attention to detail

• Ability to problem solve, work independently

• Efficient time management skills

• Degree qualified in Commerce or Business majoring in Accountancy / Finance 

• Experience in the Real estate/Property industry is desirable but not essential
