工作介绍

Assists CEO to implement, coordinate and execute business plans and actions.
- Help to arrange CEO’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences (local and overseas). Draft correspondence, compile meeting minutes – summarize key points and capture action items.
- Arranges travel itineraries and accommodation for CEO. Manage CEO’s expenses and reimbursement of costs management.
- Provide a full spectrum of high quality personal assistance to Executive President
- Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
- Provide coordination between management for effective communication
- Perform all ad-hoc projects

The type of candidate must be:
• recent female graduate in Marketing, Legal or Finance (final year students will be considered)
• Must speak Mandarin & Cantonese
• Must have good English
• Must be neatly and well presented
• have Australian residence or is requiring assistance with visa.
