工作介绍

Currently, we are looking for a purchasing assistant. Training provided, including entry-level accounting training if interested. Great opportunity for graduates!

Main job duties include:

1. Communicate with suppliers via email regarding new orders and spare parts, insuring the containers arrive at our company in a designated time.
2. Communicate with sales about new products in the system, special order from customers, containers arrival alert, etc.
3. Communicate with manager for inventory level and sales forecasting.
4. Communicate with Accounts Manager to arrange payments including both AUD and foreign currencies.
5. Use excel and business operating system to facilitate the purchasing process.
6.Ad-hoc duties


Skill requirement:

Communication and time management capabilities are essential.
Fluent English and Chinese.
Middle-level Excel skills.
Great attention to details.


Working location: near Meadowbank, not close to public transportation (around 20 min away from station). Driving is preferred but not essential.

Working days : Can start straight away as paid intern first, and full time opportunities is available afterwards.
