Description & Details: A part-time Customer Service Representative position is available at our company. The mandate of this position is to increase sales through smart and proactive customer service and professional service delivery. We offer a friendly and casual work environment (shorts and flip-flops are ok!) and flexible on scheduling. This individual must be self-driven and portray strong interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will be determined by having a mind-set of an entrepreneur. A strong desire to work with customers is essential to the success of the position. A proven track record of time management skills is required to manage the daily tasks that any small business will encounter. Daily Tasks Include: • Customer Service/Support • Communication with customers: phone, email, face to face • Supporting Marketing & Sales Initiatives • Office Maintenance • Shipping, Receiving, & Packaging • Excellent written and communication skills, understanding and responding to customer needs, achievement motivated, and sales driven. • Microsoft Office, Skype, and general computer skills are required. Required Work Experience: • 1-2 Years of Customer Service • Sales Experience an asset Education: • University Degree preferred • Part-time students may also apply The position is part-time (20 hours per week).
