Office Administrator Design Studio

Creative 9 is a collaboration of talents delivering innovative interiors, with focus in Retail, Hospitality and Shopping Centre Commercial projects. We are currently expanding and looking for talents to join our Sydney CBD office. If you are passionate about design, and has a curious heart, please reach out!

Responsibilities:

- General Office Administration Tasks
- Client Fee Proposals and Invoicing
- Assisting with Orders & Purchasing.
- Coordinate with clients, landlord, certifiers, consultants, suppliers and contractors to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
- Account administration including payroll, general ledger, and account receivables.
- Job Scheduling, Progress management and Assisting with Project Management/Organisation.
- Company (financial/design) performance summary.
- Working closely with all team members to ensure the smooth running of the studio.
- Assisting and report to Directors, Senior Designer and Office Manager.

Attributes:

- Sound knowledge of Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills, with great attention to details.
- Has accounting background, with great understanding of accounting fundamentals. Qualification in Accounting or Administration is preferred.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese.
- Work independently, able to multi-task and is a problem solver.

This position is perfect for a graduate in Accounting with respect and interest in the Design and Construction industry.
