工作介绍
Responsibilities:
- General Office Administration Tasks
- Client Fee Proposals and Invoicing
- Assisting with Orders & Purchasing.
- Coordinate with clients, landlord, certifiers, consultants, suppliers and contractors to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
- Account administration including payroll, general ledger, and account receivables.
- Job Scheduling, Progress management and Assisting with Project Management/Organisation.
- Company (financial/design) performance summary.
- Working closely with all team members to ensure the smooth running of the studio.
- Assisting and report to Directors, Senior Designer and Office Manager.
Attributes:
- Sound knowledge of Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills, with great attention to details.
- Has accounting background, with great understanding of accounting fundamentals. Qualification in Accounting or Administration is preferred.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese.
- Work independently, able to multi-task and is a problem solver.
This position is perfect for a graduate in Accounting with respect and interest in the Design and Construction industry.
