The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Answer student enquiry through telephone, email or face to face, as required
Supervise students and provide opportunities for students to develop personal, social, independent, living and pre-vocational skills
Organise students event and support induction for all programs
Manage and update students' database and ensure high level of confidentiality

Essential Skills and Experience
In order to satisfy the job requirements, applicants MUST hold the following qualifications:
Relevant diploma or higher degree
Basic computer skills
Experience in using Microsoft Office Software
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Proficient in English and good communication skills
Desirable Skills

· Current relevant industry experience working within CRICOS education provider

· 1 years' experience in office environment
