Responsibilities

-Work with clients to gather and understand the requirements of a project
-Work iteratively designing screens, interactions and prototypes to help define the product
-Prepare, facilitate and present designs to clients and stakeholders in workshops and multi-day product sprints
-Partner with Project Managers, developers, fellow designers and clients to oversee the visual design and user experience of a product from conception until launch (and then some)
-Lead user-centered design effort to develop, design and document the detailed user journey for a website or app through detailed wireframes
-Create interactive prototypes to communicate your intentions and validate ideas
-Design product UI and interactions from concept through to implementation and iteration.
-Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
-Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
-Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
-Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.

Essentials to be considered for an interview

-2 years + of UX/UI design experience for mid-level
-5 years + of UX/UI design experience for senior-level
-Expertise in standard UX/UI software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Principle, and the like is a must.
-Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
-The stunning portfolio of your past work
-Executing visual design as part of the team to meet user with high qualities
-Exceptional collaboration, presentation and communication skills
