* Knowledge of and passion for Ruby on Rails (2 years experience)
* Well understanding of OO Programming
* Ability to give feedback for design discussions
* Setup, build, deploy, support of sites and services with Ruby on Rails
* Test and maintain code with RSpec
* Working experience of JSON API.
* Good skill at HTML5 and CSS3
* Experience with front end framework like Foundation, bootstrap
* High Proficiency in JavaScript (jQuery)
* Good skill for database like MySQL
* Working knowledge for GIT
* Linux/Unix environment
* Good communication skills
