A Sydney-based furniture retailing company is seeking junior purchasing assistant to join our team.
工作介绍
Main responsibility:
1. Liaising with overseas suppliers to issue purchase orders and maintaining good working relationship
2. Arranging shipping and customs clearance for containers landing
3. Data entry and maintaining records in system.
4. Assisting with manager day to day operations.
Skills requirement:
1. Fluent English and Chinese
2. Good communication and time management capabilities
3. Great attention to details
4. Middle-level Microsoft Office skills
5. Related experience would be preferred, but not essential as on job training will be provided.
Working location: near Meadowbank but not close to public transportation (around 20 mins away from station).
Driving is preferred but not essential.
Working days : 3 days per week
