Job Description
The job responsibilities will include:
- Provide a full range of high quality, timely, confidential and administrative support to the General Manager’s work;
- Support the day to day activities and functions to ensure continuity of workflow;
- Schedule appointments, conferences and regular meetings;
- General admin such as soft copy and hard copy filing, archiving, invoice payments, documents coping, and scanning related tasks;
- Assist with managers and training processes;
- Organise travel, accommodation, and agendas for direct report and some of the wider team;
- Liaise with external business partners e.g. IT support provider, travel agents, suppliers etc. to maintain consistency;
- Provide general support for company events/ activities to maximise ConnectX identity in every occasion
- Recognize and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate will have a high level of professionalism, great time management and the ability to work in a high speed growing team.
They will have:
- 2-3 days/week working basis;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prefer Mandarin English bilingual;
- Understanding of high confidentiality requirements;
- Works collaboratively to achieve a positive team outcome;
- Organizes time and resources to achieve aims;
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail;
- Flexible attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure;
- Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
