Our firm is a well-established CPA accounting firm located in Parramatta. We provide a wide range of tax, accounting, and business services to our professional & business clients across wide range of different industries. We are looking for a competent bookkeeper to join our friendly team who can attend the bookkeeping needs for a portfolio of clients in our firm. The job involves preparation of financial reports, preparation of business activity statements and preparation of tax returns. You will be reporting directly to a manager. It is preferred if the candidate has experience with software's Banklink, Excel, Word and MYOB online. The applicant should be at least TAFE qualified and has few years of experience. Previous experience in public practice will be highly regarded.

Ideally you will have:

· 2+ years' business services/tax experience in a CPA or CA firm or similar role,
· Have high communication skills and a strong technical focus,
· Ability to meet deadlines.
· Australian permanent resident or Australian citizenship is required.

You will be hands on and responsible for:-

· Preparation of BASs for companies, trusts, partnership, and sole traders,

· Preparation of financial statements for companies, trusts, partnership, SMSFs, and sole traders

· Preparation of tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs and sole traders.
