Job Title: Operation Assistants (Full Time)
Location: Adderley St Auburn, NSW 2144
Hiring Manager: Elvin@royaltyflooring.com.au
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Driver’s license or international license
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software (i.e. MYOB)
Excellent communicator both orally and written
Diligent and proactive
Good learning ability and understanding of process
Working independently
Responsibility:
Report to operation manager and follow operation process
End to end customer order management
Quotation for customer enquiries
Warehouse inventory/stock management
Support business data analysis and reporting
Sales reception
Goods delivery & pick up preparation
