As a HR Coordinator in Visionary, you will participating in most areas in Human Resources. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Recruitment, Employee's on-boarding & off-boarding
- Assisting Human Resources Manager in recruiting processes, posting job ads, conducting telephone interview and arranging face-to-face interviews;
- Conducting full procedures in employees' on-boarding procedures, including the preparation of gift package, pre-employment documentation, work station set-up, announcing staff update, induction programs, etc.;
- Conducting full procedures in employees' off-boarding procedures, including exit interview, announcing staff update, arranging handover, etc.;
Human Resources Information System
- Managing employee records and documents in HR Information System (EnableHR);
- Implementing pre-employment documentation checklist for new staffs in EnableHR system, facilitating the completion of paperwork;
- Maintenance and on-going improvement of HR system;
- Data entry and record management in payroll system (Cloudpayroll), generating payslips, PAYG Payment Summary, reconciling leave requests;
Employee Benefits & Relations
- Organsing monthly birthday celebration for employees;
- Preparing gifts for employees on behalf of the company, e.g. anniversary, wedding;
- Organising team building;
- Cooperating with marketing team in organising events related to key festivals, e.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year;
Training & Development
- Responsible for the facilitation of training programs according to training and development plans set at the beginning of financial year;
- Managing the record keeping of training expenses in training budget, which will include liaison with employees and accounts team;
Policies & Employee Handbook
- Assisting in the review and revision of HR policies in compliance with changing or new legislation;
- Researching, developing and drafting policies to suit changing organisational needs;
Others
- Occasional ad hoc duties as required by the company.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of general Human Resources experience (not limited in a specific field of HR);
- Tertiary degree in Human Resources preferred;
- Native Mandarin speaker with superior English skills (both written and verbal).
