【Key Responsibilities】

Working collaboratively with the operation management team your responsibilities will include:

1. Assist to set up rules and regulations for delivery contractors and sub-contractors;
2. Day to day technical support for contractor driver;
3. Day to day communication maintenance with contractor drivers where necessary via phone & chat;
4. Contractor complaints management and follow up;
5. Facilitate inter-departmental communication;
6. Third party contractor company relationship maintenance;
7. Additional duties as assigned.

【Required Skills】

1. Ability to communicate/listen effectively and have exceptional workethic;
2. 1-2 years CSR(Customer Service & Relationship) experience - inBPO, Consulting, Transport or Internet;
3. Ability to work under high pressure;
4. Self-learning ability;
5. Good command of MS Office;
