The Company Our small size practice with a team of fully qualified professional has over 20 years of providing financial solutions to small and medium size business in accounting, business advisory, taxation, SMSF and other financial services to meet the clients expectation.

The Role
Your duties will entail but are not limited to:-
• Administer the office duties daily
• Liaise external clients directly
• Supporting the Senior Accountant with Corporate Compliance.
• Attending to All Corporate Services Work.
• Financial and Management Reporting

The person
Ideally you will have:-
• Solid 2+ years' experience working as a Book Keeper /Assistant Accountant
• Bilingual in English and Chinese ( Mandarin ) is required
• A strong knowledge of MYOB and Microsoft Office. Able to create a new company file in MYOB
• Accurate and Fast Data entry skills are also required
• Must be able to work independently and also as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and good phone manner
• Strong attention to detail and Strong Problem Solving Ability
• Member of CPA or currently study on CPA Course
