An essential role in day-to-day work/process of basic office functions.
【Job Description】
Main tasks:
1. Responsible for office admin, affairs and office regulation implementation;
2. Checking invoices from vendors and prepare to make payments. Monthly summary of various expenses;
3. Ensuring compliance of HR policies, procedures, and reporting;
4. Responsible of employee relations, grievances, attendance, discipline, onboarding, probation, terminations, training and staff development;
5. Manages and maintains filing system for invoices, contracts, tax records, and other essential office documents;
6. Manage recurring and repeating tasks related to office and facility maintenance;
7. Purchase of petty supplies and minor services;
8. Manage supplies of company cars, cellphones and computers, internal control of the daily cost related;
9. Other job task assigned by the manager
Responsibilities:
1. Checking invoices for accuracy and preparation for payment;
2. Responsible for office admin;
4. Managing and maintenance of file system;
5. Administering petty office affairs;
6. Liaison with HQ HR department for local employee's HR related matters
【Job Requirements】
1. More than 1 years working experience, Human Resource Management preferred;
2. Bachelor's degree and above;
3. Good command of both Chinese and English in written and oral;
4. Fluent in operation of computer including MS Office
