Relationship Manager

Our brand incubation program offers a domestic component and a China export element. It is important when considering Chinese export that brands firstly have a strong domestic presence as Chinese consumers want to know that the brand is credible and reliable in the home market. We are a distribution, sales and marketing company representing a number of key categories; mother & baby, health & wellness, beauty and other products for consumers around Australia and living in China.

Key Responsibilities

- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Assist with events and expos


Key Requirements

- Applicants who have retail experience in Daigou Gift Stores are sort
- Excellent verbal and written in Chinese and English
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to be highly operational
- Familiar with Chinese social media, e-Commerce platforms etc.
