Our firm is seeking a hard-working Accountant to add to our growing team environment. You will be reporting directly to the Director; you will lead a very friendly and hardworking team and you will gain experience dealing with an assortment of industries as we deal with small to medium sized businesses.

The perfect candidate will have attention to detail and the ability to deal with clients on various tax and accounting matters. Customers services focused. The candidate will also require limited supervision and the ability to work on their own and have tasks completed on a daily basis.

The role advertised is Full Time Role working in house.

Key Responsibilities in the role are:
• Managing company workflow to ensure all jobs are delivered in timely manner;
• Delivering tax and accounting compliance solutions;
• Supervising the Business Services team to implement ongoing accounting services;
• Providing recommendations on financial procedures for business clients and assisting with
implementation;
• Assisting clients with general enquires and act as a main point of contact;
• Training and mentoring junior accountants with the focus tax and other compliances;
• Build Rapport with SME business owner regarding their tax and accounting needs;
• Promote and client and business relationship.

Skills Required:
• Office software experience I.E Word, Excel, Outlook
• XERO, and general knowledge of other accounting system in the market
• Have minimum 2-3 years dealing in accounting filed
• Demonstrate communication skills verbally and written
• Committed to our company and commit to have tasks completed by their due dates with limited supervision
