Maxwell & Co (Sydney) is a busy and expanding practice seeking an administration assistant on a full-time basis to join our offices in Sydney CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for university graduates aiming to develop a long-term career.
This is an entry level role, suiting potential candidates with 0 – 1 year of work experience.
The successful candidate should demonstrate the following, but are not limited to:
• General Reception duties including answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls, greeting clients
and organising couriers and mail;
• General assistance to solicitors with the conduct of their matters;
• Data entry and electronic file management;
• Assisting in the day-to-day management of conveyancing files;
• Photocopying;
• Other tasks as directed.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Smart problem solver;
• Friendly and helpful;
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team;
• Ability to speak Mandarin is essential;
• Pay attention to details;
• The successful candidate will need to be an energetic, driven and focused individual.
