Opportunity for an InternGraduate tax accountant

About the business: We are a close-knit team located down Railway Street, Chatswood (5 Min walk from the newly built Sydney Metro). The company has been in operation for over 4 years and we have a loyal and diverse client base who have been with us since inception.

The role will be:
• Dealing with clients by phone or email and potentially face to face.
• Income Tax Returns, BAS, FBT, CGT as well as preparing financial statements
• Liaising and updating details with the ATO and ASIC

The successful candidate needs to demonstrate or show the following:
• A recent graduate, or undergraduate in their final year
• Excellent computer skills
• High attention to detail
• Keen to learn and have good information retention skills
• Have excellent communication skills
• Great time management skills
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to use Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Remuneration:
• Initial 3 months of internship will NOT BE PAID.
• However, you will be paid eventually after the 3-month period based on your performance, dedication, commitment and team work.
