We uphold strong knowledge & expertise within the residential market whilst also offering our clients a range of services from insurance building, development application and compliance certificates. Our aim is to provide enjoyable construction experiences.
We are currently on the lookout for a passionate and committed Construction Administrator to deliver high quality service and administration to our range of clients and internal staff.

Due to an internal restructure and increasing workload we are seeking a versatile individual to work within the sales and estimating team.
The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to the following tasks;
Setting up electronic and hard copy files for tender processes
Reviewing construction plans, drawings and tender specifications
Assisting the Senior Estimator to manage Tender Submission
Provide support to the Sales/Estimating team
General office administrative support
First point of contact for any phone enquiries and follow ups
Invoicing
Managing material stock
The following attributes will be advantageous for the successful candidate;
Previous experience in a manufacturing/construction sales team
Experience in estimating, reading/interpreting drawings and creating take offs
Proven experience in a previous office admin role
Proficient using Xero to create orders and invoice
What we are looking for;
Excellent Communication skills both verbally and written
Highly Organised, with excellent attention to detail
Sound experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
Punctual
Positive ‘can do’ attitude
