LifeCAR悉尼branch现诚征Asset Finance Specialist。

您将在保证风控与合规的基础上，为集团内部20家分行及外部客户提供全面的Asset Finance Solutions； 并在管理层的指导与助力下，有序的参与市场推广和开发新客户。



Responsibilities


• Providing asset finance solutions to existing, pre-qualified customers and leads;

• Assisting and sourcing vehicle for existing, pre-qualified customers and leads;

• Working closely with our back-office team to fulfil asset finance applications;

• Actively developing and maintaining ongoing relationship with our business stakeholders;

• Fostering new and prospective relationship;

• Ensuring industry, legislation/compliance, and product knowledge are comprehensive and up to date.



People we are looking for


• Strong communication skills;

• Ability to manage priorities and pipelines to accommodate industry specific quick settlement cycle;

• Detail focus and fast learner;

• Good manner, well present and attire.



Bonus attributes


• Relevant experiences in secured lending;

• Experience in sale/business development;

• Experience in organising priorities and pipelines;

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.

(Average Asset Finance Specialist on the market settles 10 cases per month, and 20 cases per month for top performer.)
