Media Planner Buyer

We are an independent full-service agency looking for a motivated and talented Media Planner & Buyer to become part of our team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working closely with the Media Director to understand campaign objectives and media strategy, you’ll plan, develop and implement outcomes-focused media campaigns.
• You will manage media deliverables with the team and will be responsible for delivering campaigns as planned and on time.
• Manage relationships with key media stakeholders and representatives.
• Implement, plan, buy, track and post campaign analysis across all media channels (strong focus on digital).
• Provide in-depth research and analysis for media proposals to support media strategy
• Work with Client Servicing, Production, PR to ensure success of integrated campaigns
• Assist with end-to-end campaign management (always-on media strategies)
• Ensure adherence to strict corporate governance

ABOUT YOU
• Minimum of 2-3 years media buying and media operations experience
• Speak and write fluently in English
• Bachelor’s Degree or formal qualification in media, communications and/or advertising or relevant experience preferred
• Analytical with excellent attention to detail
• Organised and work well under pressure
• Strong written communication and presentation skills
• Proactive and able to identify media solutions outside Australian media landscape
• Experience in multicultural media landscape will be highly regarded
• Ready to start work immediately
• Citizens or permanent residents only
