A high dynamic and long standing professional marketing agency looking for a passionate event coordinator who is looking for a opportunity working with a very supportive, friendly with a high standard team.

Experience:

- prefer to have had event planning experience or have worked in event management roles
- Good organisational skills, project management and time management skills. Likes to work with spreadsheets and details.
- experience dealing with 3rd party vendors in Australia, or is fairly fluent in English to do so
- must be bilingual
- prefer someone who in the recent past have lived in China or are familiar with Chinese apps

Responsibilities:

- manage project timeline
- team coordination
- vendor management
- manage talent and talent agency as per requirement
- manage appropriate printing and production jobs, including relevant couriers
- helps team with event execution including overseeing bump in with the logistics company
- client management
- oversee the project budget and alert project managers of any potential problems with cost

Note:
This job requires immediate start and contract finished on 30/08/19.
