Teller招聘要求：

1.    工作地点： Burwood 和 Campsie（递简历之前请将交通因素考虑在内，不能接受以上工作地点者勿扰）
2.    本科及本科以上学历；
3.    中英文流利；
4.    与客户建立良好的关系；
5.    危机处理应变能力强，可独立作业；
6.    具有团队工作精神，富有责任心和职业道德，熟悉办公软件；
7.    形象端庄大方，诚信可靠，性格开朗，认真仔细；
8.    有银行或相关金融工作者优先录取；
9.    拥有澳洲永久居民或者澳洲国籍

Teller
 
Your duties will include:
 
1. Learn and understand all relevant regulations and internal policies and procedures.
 
2. Handle transactions and provide services according to the laid down procedures and standard of service:
a. Cash transaction;
b. Fund transfer;
c. Customer inquiry;
d. Account maintenance;
e. Customer Complaint handling;
f. Other assigned duties.
 
3. Build up good relationship with all customers.
 
4. Make effort to improve personal productivity and output level.
 
 
 
To be considered for this role ideally you will have:
 
1. College degree or above
2. fluent English and Mandarin
3. Relevant experience preferred in cash handling
4. Good communications skills and ability to understand customer requirements
5. Good systems thinking skills and problem solving skills
6. Good interpersonal and team orientation skills
7. Proficient in PC applications
8. Good team player
