Hoostay是Hoope集团旗下的子公司，主营业务包含物业长租，短租管理等，成立于2017年。由于公司快速扩张，现需招聘一名实习生负责公司后勤服务。
 
成功通过实习期的员工会优先被公司录取成为Hoostay正式员工。


工作地点：
公司位于悉尼CBD，工作地点位于悉尼CBD，也需要开车或搭乘公共交通工具去周边地区

岗位所需技能：
- 性格活泼，开朗，善于表达
- 良好的沟通能力
- 具备销售及市场经验的优先
- 有能力及毅力完成被指派的任务，考虑周到，执行力强
- 可能涉及户外工作
- 购买酒店日用品，协助安排物流运输，家具安装等工作
- 成功的候选人需要有车及有效驾照
- 可以熟练运用中文及英文与人沟通
- 熟练运用Word，Excel和Powerpoint

Company Background:
Hoostay Group Hospitality Company is hiring full time Administration & Office Support position trainee
 
Hoostay Group hospitality company is a hotel management industry company. It is a creative and innovative company. Due to the rapid development of the company's business. A full-time Adminstratin & Office Support is urgently needed. Newly hired members can have the opportunity to grow along with the company.

Hoostay will give priority to the successful trained the new employee's position in future.

Company location:
CBD office
However, own vehicle is required to travel to other suburbs
 
Requirement and skills:
• Outgoing, cheerful and generous
• Good communication skills
• Sales or marketing experience preferred
• Self-motivated, determined, mindful and strong in execution
• Complete any company assigned task
• Need to complete the outdoor work
• Responsible for purchasing hotel supplies, routing logistics and transportation, controlling costs
• Must have a car and a driver's license, not a motorcycle
• Able to communicate in both Chinese and English, excellent writing skills
• Advanced copywriting speed and creativity
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
