We are an international group, looking for an experienced HR Manager to act as an expert on dealing with all personnel matters of the Group. He/She reports directly to the Director.
The HRM is expected with forward-thinking and is able to develop solutions to complex workforce issues, know when to escalate issues and work collaboratively to expedite and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.

Skills to Bring and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated HR Management experience including setting up and managing all recruitment and selection procedures;
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement the processes and programs of employee relations, engagement, compensation, benefits, safety performance, hiring and environmental, health and safety strategy, etc.;
- Demonstrated ability to undertake operational HR duties plus provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management;
- Demonstrated ability to provide and carry out the training and development plan;
- A sound understanding and ability to interpret legislation and industrial requirement, making sure all human resources related activities complied accordingly;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate, conflict manage and diffuse volatile situations;
- Ability to develop and maintain the position descriptions for all roles in the Group in conjunction with the Directors and senior managers;
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic consultation to the Management team regarding highly complex matters in regards to employee relations, organizational development, talent acquisition, etc.;
- Establish and maintain accurate records and reports;
- Performs other duties as needed or required to support the mission and objectives of the HR function.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources or related field;
More than two years of demonstrated HR management experience;
- Demonstrated HR Management experience including setting up and managing all recruitment and selection procedures;
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement the processes and programs of employee relations, engagement, compensation, benefits, safety performance, hiring and environmental, health and safety strategy, etc.;
