Thanks to the team's amazing work and our businesses' continued fast growth, we are now seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Supervisor.


Are you an energetic, reliable warehouse team leader? Responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, your goal is to ensure all orders are fulfilled and dispatched on time, inventory levels are accurate through the use of cycle counts and regular stocktakes, and assist the customer team to work with our delivery partners to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner.

全职, 兼职 都可以考虑，周上午处理日常订单履行拣选和包装 ,确保完成每日订单处理，所有订单拣选、包装，并能按时准备好快递包裹便于快递专车提货。
按时准确的接收供应商的订单，管理所有入库订单的接收，确保接收过程准确无误。
协调库存转移，与我们的运营团队和珀斯仓库主管合作，根据需要协调两个仓库之间的库存调配。
积极主动和相关团队人员联系和沟通，及时处理操作过程中的问题。

Manage to receive inventory - manage the receipt of all inbound shipments and stock, ensuring the receiving process is accurate.

Oversee warehouse organization - maintain an organized, safe and optimized warehouse
Manage daily order fulfillment - ensure daily dispatch is completed with all parcels picked, packed, and ready to be collected on time (this is a hands-on role, as the daily orders grow we will support you with additional staff)
Maintain accurate inventory - work with the operations team by conducting cycle counts and regular stocktakes
Schedule casual staff - as daily dispatch orders rise, we will require casual staff to assist with ensuring fast, same-day dispatch.
Coordinate stock transfers - work with our Inventory Controller & Perth Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate stock transfers between the two warehouses as needed
Continually optimize - monitor and improve pick/pack and dispatch procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy
Work with delivery partners - contact delivery partners as needed
Make your mark - we’re a small team so expect to cover a broad spectrum of responsibilities within our eCommerce warehousing needs.
Does this sound like you?


You have the ability to work in a high-speed warehouse
Previous experience in warehouses with picking and packing orders
You’re great at using WMS software to help you maintain accuracy and organization
You’ve got a forklift license
Strong leadership skills in a warehousing environment
Great written, verbal, and communication skills
Reliable and trustworthy, taking accountability for the warehouse operations
Have a safety-first approach to the work and team.
