●负责租赁物业的广告事宜，确认各类相关文件，完成背景调查
●沟通租赁期限和条款，确定租赁契约及更新
●负责租赁物业的开放事宜
●完成租赁物业的常规验房报告和入住/搬出验房报告
●确认出租物业的插牌/取牌
●处理其他租赁和管理事务

 技能需求：
●无需相关工作经验，但最低需要持有业内注册(Registration as Real Estate Agent Assistant)
●必须持有本地驾照，有自驾车
●英语流利，人际沟通娴熟

About The Role
●Building relationships with landlords, tenants, suppliers and other stakeholders
●Actioning repairs and maintenance requests
●Advertising rental properties, preparing leasing documents, confirming rental reference
●Negotiating leasing terms and conditions and closing deals as per compliance
●Holding open inspections for rental property
●Undertake ingoing and outgoing inspections
●Conduct routine inspections
●Managing arrears
●Carrying out lease sign ups and removals

 Skills and experience required:
●Relevant working experience is not essential, but at least Registered as Assistant Real Estate Agent
●Driver’s license is must, private vehicle is must

●Willing to build up in-depth professional experience in the property leasing/management sector
