招聘职位：物业经理Property Manager 及 助理 PM Assistant

The Role:

Assist managing a well-maintained portfolio
Ingoing + outgoing inspections/reports
Arrears management
Routine inspections
Manage a growing portfolio of properties
Coordinate + manage repairs/maintenance
Conduct rent reviews + lease renewals
Insurance claims

Reliable car
