We are seeking a B2B Sales Consultant/Account Manager based in Sydney. The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. As a Sales Consultant/Account Manager you should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities included, but not limited to
Generate sales leads and provide quotations to customers and
follow up Accurate and prompt data entry of sales orders and
freight booking Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Develop positive relationship with clients
Meet personal/team sales targets and KPI's
About You
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven minimum 1 year B2B sales or counter sales experience ( Solar Industrial preferred)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Be persuasive and excellent telephone manners
Strong Customer Service Skills and energetic
