Financial Controller
Ownership of finance function in subsidiary office, AR/AP control, inventory management, internal control, system maintenance, fixed assets registration
Management of budgeting and forecasting, preparing accounting and management reports for informed decision-making,
Tax compliance, BAS/IAS, Payroll Tax, FBT lodgement and assist with company tax returns,
Insurance policy renewals, claims, government grants and assistance,
Address ad-hoc information requests from business users,
Collaboration with other teams for collective objectives.
Skills & Experience
Accounting degree
CA or CPA qualified
Minimum 3 years of work experience in accounting
Sound technical accounting skills
Good knowledge and understanding of key business processes
Strong Microsoft skills: Excel (intermediate/ advanced)
Strong communication skills, verbal & written. Able to interact with internal and external stakeholders
Experience of an accounting software (Xero preferred)
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently accurate work
Positive and Can-do attitude
Hospitality management experience is preferred
Mandarin Speaking
