Delkor Rail is a rapidly expanding Global Rail Infrastructure, and Rollingstock Components provider. Established in 1986, our business growth is averaging five fold, every five years. Due to recent further expansion in our Rail Infrastructure division we are adding multiple new members to our team.

Position Overview:

As a manufacturing employee Level II, you will play a significant role in our production process, contributing to the manufacturing of our products. This role requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and ensuring that production targets are met.

Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machinery according to established procedures, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.

• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.

• Assembly and Production: Participate in the assembly of components, following detailed instructions to contribute to the overall manufacturing process.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure their proper functioning.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality control checks, and any relevant documentation as required.

• Assist with general warehousing duties as required.



Requirements:

• Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.

• Technical Skills: Ability to operate machinery and follow technical instructions. Familiarity with operating a CNC machine a preference

• Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks and standing for extended periods.

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of products.

• Team Player: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Safety Conscious: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

• Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.

• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
