Responsibilities/Your Role:
We're seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about assisting clients in securing financing for their dream homes, first homes, or investment properties. Exceptional customer service is a must. The core responsibilities of this role encompass:
1. Taking ownership of both individual and team targets.
2. Advocating for an outstanding customer experience – going the extra mile to assist.
3. Providing mutual support within the team, fostering a culture of learning and teaching.
4. Building and nurturing relationships with clients, brokers, solicitors, and lenders.
5. Developing new and repeat lending opportunities through providing expert mortgage solutions to a diverse range of clients.
6. Increasing sales and lending opportunities through fostering strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
7. Providing expert advice on mortgage options, interest rates, and repayment plans.
8. Liaising with lenders to secure the best mortgage rates and terms for clients.
9. Guiding clients through the mortgage approval process, ensuring a smooth transaction.
10. Staying current on industry regulations and mortgage products to provide up-to-date advice.
