A boutique builder, based in Chatswood, Sydney specializing in house extensions and renovation projects and are seeking a junior sales person.
 
Job Role:
The Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for meeting sales targets by building relationships with team members, potential clients (from concept stage through to contracts) and keeping on top of price increases 


* Regularly answer clients’ call for initial and further consultation
* Draft quotes based on clients provided information
* Conduct site measurement for clients
* Construction cost calculation
* Making and revising quotes
* Making contracts
 
To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Previous renovation/building sales experience will be highly regarded
* Previous sales & customer service experience is preferred
* Excellent Mandarin and English skills
* Good communication and problem solving skills
* Good Excel and Word skills
* Passionate about your work ethic with a positive and energetic attitude
* Happy to work in a small team environment and a can-do attitude
