【Full-time position】
Applications only considered from candidates with Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship

【Responsibilities】
· Daily management and archiving of Outlook emails
· Processing of daily prepayments
· Daily communication with the team, including overseas colleagues
· Handling of phone calls and emails with vendors
· Basic data entry and some Accounts Payable tasks

【Requirements】
· The applicant needs to be able to speak Chinese/Mandarin and understand written Chinese.
· Diligent and responsible work ethic, with attention to detail
· Patience and proficiency in written and spoken English
· Prior experience in Accounts Payable is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided by the company
