We are currently looking for a passionate and hardworking baker to join our team at Burwood. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to bring delight to all our customers by making quality bread and other delicious products. As a qualified baker at Bakers Delight, your responsibilities will include baking and presenting quality products to meet changing customer needs, coaching and supporting the development of apprentices and bakers assistants, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery, assisting with stock control and production expenses, and providing delightful customer service when required.

As a passionate baker, you should have completed a qualification in baking or a similar field. You should also be a team player, accustomed to starting work early, comfortable working in a busy production environment, take pride in producing high-quality products, and enjoy seeing customers enjoy your creations.
