Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby area to ensure a pleasant environment for guests.
Address any guest concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Availability to work weekdays on a casual basis.
