Hi all! I need someone to take over my lease starting December 13 at Iglu Chatswood. The student accommodation is located at the heart of Chatswood and Iglu Chatswood offers the flexibility of living off-campus along with air-conditioning, heating and en-suites in all rooms high-speed wireless internet throughout the building continual social and academic support (and great student events) a safe and secure environment. Iglu Chatswood is really the ideal accommodation for students. The Chatswood train station is just 3 min walk from here. It is only 20 minutes by train to Sydney CBD and 10 minutes by metro to Macquarie University. The shopping centres are 5 min walk from here as well. The apartment I am sharing is 6 bedrooms. Although the living room and kitchen are shared, I have my own bedroom and bathroom.

The rent will be $770 per fortnight until 31st of January and increases to $838 per fortnight until 31st of July. If you are willing to stay for short term (Until February 15), please let me know!
