There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and only 2 people (including you) will live in this apartment so you will have your private room and bathroom. The house has the top level finishes and maintained very well. You will love this house once you see it. All the beddings will be replaced with the new ones before you move in. Also if you need some other furnitures, I can prepare those for you.

The location is very convenient as it is located near from Chinatown, Darling Harbour and Townhall station. All you need for the living is within 5 mins walking distance and you can watch fireworks from the balcony every week.

I am from Korea but I have been living here for 8 years now and working as a data analyst. I enjoy cooking at home and sharing meals together but at the same time respect other's privacy.

The view is amazing everyday and I have full range of kitchen appliances as I like cooking and love to share.
