工作介绍
OSIM Australia has an entry-level vacancy for an Office Administrator working in the Parramatta region. This is a 6-month temporary role working 40 Hours a week from Monday to Friday. You will be rostered 8 hours per day between the office operating hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm. Working as part of this established and growing team your responsibilities within this varied role will include but not be limited to:
• Data Entry, create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Customer Service support, manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Processing Orders, Arrange Delivery & General Administration
• Liaising with different team members
• General and Ad-hoc office duties
No experience required. Training will be provided. However it would be highly regarded if you CAN demonstrate the following:
• Microsoft Word/Excel skills
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• A willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
• A conscientious attitude (attention to detail a must)
You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work. You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
