Office Administration responsibilities includes
• Greeting visitors, answering the telephone and take messages in for all staff within the company
• Setting up and clearing all meeting rooms
• Completing all administrative tasks as required
Sales responsibilities include:
• Assist a team of Sales Mangers/ Sales Representatives in their challenges to build on the existing sales portfolio
• Handling both phone and walk-in sales enquiries (e.g. taking and processing customer orders, checking and providing price to customers, etc.)
• Manage customer incoming calls and complaints (if any)
• Daily liaison with key customers
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills - with a real"can-do" attitude. You will need to be a strong negotiator, with first class time management abilities. Be results driven and enjoy a true sales culture.
Selection criteria:
• Some Sales and Administration experience is preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin (mandatory)
• Good PC skills
• Evidence of good customer communication skills
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
• In the field and on the phone sales experience
• Able to work independently whilst being a team player
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to think independently but also gets things done in a proficient and timely manner.
