Gladesville Full Time Accounts All Rounder

Fusion Cruises, a busy Sydney Harbour Cruise company is seeking a full-time account all-rounder. Candidates with accounting background are required. Working as part of a small team, the successful candidate will be asked to help in other areas when necessary.

Some important aspects of the role will include:
• Basic payable and receivable duties.
• Weekly payroll for approximate 25 staff.
• Weekly staff roster preparations.
• Data entry to MYOB.
• Daily / monthly bank reconciliations
• PAYG and BAS lodgment preparations
• Liaising with clients and suppliers
• General Office duties
• Assisting the reservation team for cruise bookings when necessary

Skills and qualifications required by applicants include:
• Advance accounting knowledge with of MYOB
• Administration skills with sound knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work as part of a small team and assist others when needed
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Australian Citizen, permanent residents or VISA 485 holders only
