Chocolate Factory 招 Operational Manager

The Organic Chocolate Manufacturer is a contemporary Chocolate factory. We are a start-up business currently looking for a Production Manager has previous chocolate manufacturing experience with exceptional people management skills, and who will drive process improvement and capabilities to increase volume, capacity, and performance.

Pastry/Confectionary Background (chocolate preferred). Reporting to the management, you will manage production activities with the potential for growth. The Production Manager will provide leadership to the production department and focus on product, people and processes. You will understand the importance of coaching and developing your people to create a talent pipeline, and you will apply lean methodologies to ensure continuous improvement.
Skills and experience
• 1 or 2 years' experience in a chocolate/confectionery manufacturing environment
• Panning Chocolate Experience required
• Production management experience required
• Tempering Chocolate Experience required
• High-efficiency production
• High-quality product output
• Flexible working hours
• Highly organized, Keep relationship with all our suppliers
• Inventory control and tracking for continuous production
