For accountant

Daily:
• Reconciliation of the daily sales reports of all shops in Australia to ensure all payments are approved and paid
• Dealing with any queries via phone, email and general correspondence
• Responsible for foreign currency exchange
Weekly:
• Completing weekly payroll
• Monitoring and managing the accounts receivable functions
• Monitoring and managing the accounts payable functions
• Preparing cash flow projections & banking analysis
• Preparation and reviewing the import costing and organising the payment for the oversea purchasing and send the payment to the oversea supplier
Monthly:
• Reconcile and make monthly PAYG payments
• Reconcile and make monthly superannuation payments
• Debtor and Credit management
• Overseeing month end reports of 4 shops
• Bank Reconciliation in Australia and overseas
Quarterly:
• Preparation of figures for quarterly Business Activity Statement
• Completing Workers compensation
• Completing PAYG returns
• Completing quarterly financial reports of all shops
• Liaising with external accountants
Yearly:
• Maintaining confidential records for all employees, including employment declarations and tax file numbers
• Producing yearend financial reporting
• Reconciling and prepare payment summaries at end of year
• Processing end-of-year payroll
Others:
• Completing company vehicle’s registration and insurance
• Providing recommendations for improvement to the Director
• Providing job analysis to the Director
• Arranging and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities
• Maintaining and setting up systems and procedures as required
• General office administration and supporting to the Director
• Ad hoc duties as required
