Sunfield Chambers Solicitors & Associates is a well-established legal practice located in Sydney CBD specialising in property law, corporate and commercial law, immigration and litigation. Our partners are from top-tier law firms and have over 20 years of combined experience practicing in Australia and China.

Due to a busy workload, we are looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join us on a permanent FULL-TIME basis. To be eligible for this role, you will need to be competent enough to work with very minimal supervision. You must have excellent working knowledge of the conveyancing process along with strong communication skills and a positive can do attitude.

Your key duties will include:
• Day to day running of conveyancing files;
• Managing files end to end;
• Preparation of transfer documents and required forms;
• Arranging settlements with all parties, completing pre-settlement reports to clients including figures;
• Liaising with relevant stakeholders and clients.

To be considered for this role:
• You are a Licensed Conveyancer, or you are undertaking course of licensed conveyancing with minimum of one year experience;
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• You have an ability to work autonomously managing your own files in a busy environment;
• You are accustomed to using LEAP/ InfinityLaw / PEXA;
• You are able to speak Mandarin and fluent English.

Payment of the placement will vary based on the experience of the candidates.
